10 sure odds today: a slip built to total odds of 10, and how often it should land

TipsQuant editorial team · Updated

"10 sure odds" is how many readers in Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya and Tanzania ask for a slip that pays ten times the stake. This page carries the one our model builds: the fewest legs, each rated at 70% or more, whose prices multiply to at least 10, shown with the slip's combined probability. Read that number first. No tip is ever certain, and a 10 odds slip is built knowing it will lose most days. Betting is for adults aged 18+ only.

When there is no 10 odds slip today

Ten odds is a long way to travel on short prices. The builder may use up to ten legs, each from a different match and each at 70% or more. On a quiet weekday the pool is too small, or its strongest legs are priced between 1.05 and 1.15 and barely move the total, so the box above stays empty. We do not drop below 70% to fill it. Scroll down instead: tomorrow's slip, and the weekend one, where full Saturday and Sunday cards give the builder far more to choose from. Every slip belongs to one day; legs from different days are never mixed.

Why ten odds takes more legs than five

A leg rated at 70% or more is usually priced between 1.15 and 1.50. The 5 sure odds slip reaches its target in about six of them. Doubling the total takes two or three more legs at around 1.30, since 1.30 × 1.30 is 1.69 and a third makes 2.20. That is why a typical 10 odds slip has eight or nine legs.

Each extra leg multiplies the chance down as it multiplies the price up. Start from a slip with a 22% chance and add two legs at 78%: the chance falls to about 13%. The payout doubles; the chance of collecting it drops by more than a third.

What a 10 odds slip is really worth

Read at the bookmaker's prices, total odds of 10 mean a chance of about one in ten, a little less after its margin. The probability printed with our slip is the model's own estimate, and it is often higher, because the builder picks legs the model rates above what their prices imply. If the model is right about every leg, that gap is in your favour; if it over-rates even one, the true chance is lower than shown.

A leg with no Megapari price yet is counted at its fair odds, so the total in your app can differ.

Plan for losing runs. With a one-in-eight chance, ten losing slips in a row happen about one time in four, and over thirty slips, two winners or fewer happens about one time in four. Stake an amount you would not miss after ten losses in a row.

10 odds for tomorrow, the early version

No matches meet our criteria for this day yet. The list refreshes four times a day.

Tomorrow's and the weekend's slips will move

Both are rebuilt at every data refresh, four times a day, and prices move between refreshes, so a leg can enter or leave late. The version standing when its first leg kicks off is the one that counts.

Combined odds are the product of the individual odds. An accumulator loses if any one selection loses.

Check every leg before you stake

The model reads scores only: no line-ups, injuries, weather or fixture congestion. With eight or nine legs, team news is likely to touch one of them, so look at each match before you stake. If two legs have shortened in your app, your slip may pay well under 10 for the same chance. Times are in East Africa Time and convert to your phone's clock; WAT in Nigeria is two hours behind EAT, Ghana three.

Build your own 10 odds

The calculator multiplies the legs you enter. Take them from the day's tables, such as betting tips 1X2, and write each leg's probability beside it. Multiply those too, and set the product against the total in your app.

Where 10 odds sits on the ladder

The sure 2 odds slip lands about half the time, the 5 odds slip about one time in five, and this one about one time in ten at the bookmaker's prices, a little more often by the model's own figure printed with the slip. Past 10, the big odds page explains what 20 odds costs. The shorter slips together are on accumulator tips.

How the slip is picked and settled

Every leg comes from the Dixon–Coles adjusted Poisson model described on the methodology page; among the slips with the fewest legs, the builder takes the most probable. Correct score, HT/FT and corners never go in. The slip is settled leg by leg from the 90-minute scores; a postponed leg is void and the rest still count. The record below, like the track record page, counts the single tips behind the legs, not the slips. Any bet can lose; the responsible gambling page shows how to set deposit and loss limits.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a 10 sure odd for today?

There is a 10 odds slip whenever the model can reach total odds of 10 with ten legs or fewer, each rated 70% or more. On quiet weekdays it cannot, and the box for today stays empty. No slip is ever sure, and a 10 odds one loses far more often than it wins.

Are your 10 odds tips free?

Yes. There is no paid list behind this page. The slip, the legs, their probabilities and the record are open to every reader, and the same legs appear as single tips on the market pages.

How many games are in a 10 odds accumulator?

Usually eight or nine, sometimes seven or ten. A leg at 70% or more rarely pays above 1.50, so it takes that many to multiply to 10. Ten is the limit; if ten legs cannot reach the target, there is no slip that day.

How often does a 10 odds slip win?

At fair prices, about one time in ten. The probability printed with each slip is the model's own figure for that day, and it is often higher when the legs are rated above what their prices imply. Even then most slips lose, and long losing runs are normal at these numbers.

What is a ten sure bet?

Some readers mean a slip of ten games, others a slip that pays ten times the stake. Ours is the second, with up to ten games in it. Neither kind is sure, because every added game is one more way for the slip to lose.

Why does the 10 odds slip share games with the 5 odds slip?

Both come from the same pool of legs at 70% or more on the same day, so the strongest legs often appear in both. The 10 odds slip adds two or three more to double the total, and its chance drops with each one.
